-Where is Dirty Paws licensed?

- We are licensed and permitted in both the District of North Vancouver and the District of West Vancouver. We follow all bylaws and regulations set by each municipality.

-Is Dirty Paws Insured?

-Dirty Paws and its employees are insured and bonded through Binks Insurance Brokers, proof of insurance is available upon request.

-What areas of Vancouver do you pickup in?

- We serve North and West Vancouver dogs. Our pickup zone falls West to East between 15th St in West Vancouver to Lonsdale Ave in North Vancouver. North to South from Marine Drive to the top of the British Properties.

-What are the requirements for off-leash hikes?

- Your dog must be well socialized with reliable recall, in good physical health and fully vaccinated. We do not accept dogs that have a history of aggressive or unpredictable behaviour.

-My dog is not able to hike off leash, will you walk them on leash?

-No, our hikes are for dogs that are able to be reliably walked on off leash trails only.

-Do you take un-neutered or un-spayed dogs?

-Dogs over 1 year are required to be spayed or neutered to join our hikes.

-Does my dog need to be licensed in my municipality?

-Yes, we require your dog to be licensed.

-Do you require a key to my home?

-Yes, as our pickup and drop off times vary we require a key (and FOB for apartment buildings) to access your home.

-What is your cancellation policy?

- We require 24 hrs notice to cancel a scheduled walking service and 48 hrs notice to cancel a scheduled boarding service. Otherwise, you will be charged in full.

-How do we request walks and boarding?

-Dirty Paws uses Pet Sitter's Plus to schedule all services. You may request directly through your client portal or email info@dirtypaws.ca
